• Credit counseling services

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be the authorized holder of the credit card being used
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Reside in India (Andhra Pradesh or Telangana preferred)

4. Fees & Charges

Service charges and processing fees apply to all transactions. Our fees are:

• Transparent — disclosed before any transaction begins
• Competitive — among the lowest in AP & Telangana
• Non-refundable once a transaction has been processed

Fees may vary based on the credit card network, transaction amount, and type of service. You will always be informed of the exact fee before we proceed.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate credit card and bank account information
• Ensure you have sufficient credit limit for the requested transaction
• Not use our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Transaction Processing

SKP Instant Online Services will process transactions in a timely manner. However, processing times may be affected by:

• Bank processing delays outside our control
• Technical issues with payment networks
• Verification requirements for high-value transactions
• Public holidays and non-banking hours

While we aim for same-day processing, we cannot guarantee specific processing times in all circumstances.

7. Confidentiality

8. Limitation of Liability

SKP Instant Online Services shall not be liable for:

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific transaction in question.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Any activity that violates applicable Indian laws and regulations
• Transactions involving stolen or unauthorized credit cards

We reserve the right to refuse service and report suspicious activity to authorities.

10. Refund Policy

Service fees are generally non-refundable once a transaction is initiated. In cases where SKP Instant Online Services is unable to complete a transaction due to our error, a full refund of fees paid will be issued within 5-7 business days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms
